Peakview Academy provides an inclusive learner experience everyday through high expectations with an equity-oriented, future-minded approach.

All learners will have access to grade level essential content and instruction aligned to the Peakview HQI Vision and district approved curriculum.

The instructional Leadership Team at Peakview will meet bi-weekly to regularly align feedback, plan high quality PD, and engage in walk throughs to monitor Instructional Practices to ensure all learners meet ambitious learning standards.

• 80% of classrooms will score 3 or 4 (developing or proficient) on Essential Content measured on walkthroughs
• 90% of classrooms will implement expected core curricular programs

All learners will have access to strong cultures of learning, grade level essential content and instruction aligned to the Peakview HQI Vision, Tier 1 framework and district approved curriculum.

Peakview staff will focus on Instructional transformation by building staff capacity on
standards and curriculum, lesson planning and preparation, common instructional practices and equity through best first instruction and appropriate scaffolds and supports to access tier 1.

• 100% of learners will make annual typical growth and 80% of learners will make stretch growth on iReady
• We will reduce the percentage of learners who do not meet, or partially meet expectations on CMAS ELA and Math by 20% overall 53% reduced to 33% in ELA 70% reduced to 50% in Math

Teachers at Peakview Academy will integrate tier 1 social- emotional and behavioral support into the regular classroom environment.
