Welcome to Peakview

Peakview Academy at Conrad Ball is a special place.

It's a place where students are challenged to dream bigger than they thought possible, where every learner is known by name and valued for who they are, and where relationships are just as important as academics.

As I begin my journey as principal, one thing has become incredibly clear to me: Peakview is filled with people who care deeply about kids. I've seen it in classrooms, hallways, offices, and conversations with staff and families. There is already so much to celebrate here, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this community.

My role isn't to change what makes Peakview special. It's to build upon it.

What We Believe

At Peakview, our work is guided by three principles:

Every student belongs here. Every student deserves to be challenged, supported, and celebrated. We believe every child can learn, and we are committed to creating the conditions that make success possible.

We believe in helping students discover what they're capable of. Sometimes that means celebrating growth. Sometimes it means helping students believe in themselves before they believe in themselves. Every day is an opportunity to say, "Watch me."

We want students to leave Peakview believing their future is full of possibilities. We encourage curiosity, perseverance, creativity, and the confidence to take on challenges.

My Commitment

People often ask what kind of principal I hope to be.

The answer is actually pretty simple.

I believe every student can and will learn when the right conditions are in place.

I believe educators are the experts in this work.

And I believe my responsibility is to clear the path so they can do what they do best.

You'll find I'm pretty straightforward. I'll celebrate often, communicate honestly, and make decisions by asking one simple question:

"Is this what's best for kids?"

I don't have all the answers, and I don't expect perfection from anyone, myself included. What I do believe in is continuous growth, honest conversations, and working together to make Peakview the very best it can be for every student.

You'll probably find me greeting students in the morning, visiting classrooms throughout the day, or cheering on our students at school events. If you see me, please stop and say hello. One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to know the people who make Peakview such a special place.
